COURSE DESCRIPTION
With more than 7 million test takers, the TOEIC® Listening and Reading test has become a standard for decision-makers worldwide. Considered the world’s most popular English assessment for the workplace, the TOEIC tests to determine who can communicate effectively on an independent and proficient level in English across borders and cultures, with coworkers and clients.
In many ways, passing such a language exam can be the key to launching a successful professional career. This course aims to comprehensively prepare students for the TOEIC exam. Students can expect to work on the skills measured by the exam, including understanding explanations and instructions, understanding workplace conversations, following public talks and announcements, and connecting information in different real-world texts. Significant time will be devoted to ensuring that students understand the exam format and maximize their score.

À bien des égards, passer un tel examen de langue peut être la clé pour lancer une carrière professionnelle. Ce cours vise à préparer les étudiants à l’examen TOEIC. Les étudiants peuvent s’attendre à travailler sur les compétences mesurées par l’examen, y compris comprendre les explications et les consignes, comprendre les conversations au travail, suivre les discussions et les annonces publiques, et relier les informations dans différents textes.
