3-Day Intensive Course for Product, UX, and Agile Teams

3 Intense Days
7 Hours per Day (Split into two 3.5-hour sessions)

Learning Path Visual

Your structured path from user empathy to Agile delivery:

Day 1: Foundations of Design Thinking & Agile Synergy
Explore the principles of Design Thinking and how they complement Agile. Learn to frame the right problem, map user journeys, and identify innovation opportunities in fast-paced environments.

Day 2: Rapid Ideation, Prototyping & User Feedback Loops
Apply structured ideation methods, sketch low-fidelity prototypes, and integrate continuous user validation. Use collaborative tools and lean UX patterns in sprints.

Day 3: Integration Into Agile Workflows & Delivery Readiness
Adapt Design Thinking rituals into Agile ceremonies. Prepare user stories, define MVPs, and align design goals with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews.

Course Overview

Design Thinking empowers teams to innovate by focusing on real user needs — and when combined with Agile, it transforms how ideas are turned into usable, testable, and lovable products. This course teaches you how to embed design thinking into Agile environments, from discovery to delivery.

Whether you’re a product owner, UX designer, scrum master, or engineer, you’ll learn a practical toolkit to foster innovation, shorten feedback loops, and create more meaningful digital experiences.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Empathize with users and define problem statements collaboratively

  • Run ideation workshops and prototype quickly

  • Align design activities with Agile roles and sprint structures

  • Balance user-centered innovation with backlog execution

  • Structure MVPs, user stories, and design spikes for lean delivery

  • Manage feedback loops with low-overhead testing and iteration

This course helps teams build products users actually want — not just features that fit a sprint.
