COURSE DESCRIPTION
The ability to clearly and coherently discuss a variety of computer operating systems is essential to the success of any IT professional. This course provides students with knowledge of the fundamentals of operating systems, including working with business applications, Cloud-based applications, SaaS, and user interfaces. Students will be exposed to examples of data compression in multimedia file formats, and they will learn to identify market trends through the analysis of technical documents and digital sources.

La capacité de bien comprendre de divers systèmes d’exploitation informatiques est essentielle au succès de tout professionnel d’informatique. Ce cours familiarise les étudiants aux fondamentaux des systèmes d’exploitation, notamment en travaillant avec des applications métier, des applications cloud, SaaS et des interfaces utilisateur. Les étudiants seront exposés à des exemples de compression de données dans le format de fichiers multimédias, et ils apprendront à identifier les tendances du marché grâce à l’analyse de documents techniques et de sources numériques dynamiques.
