Through practical activities like researching and presenting on emergent themes in software development, trainees will become abreast with development environments, tools, and frameworks for modern software development relevant to the current job market.At the end of the program, they will be enabled to further their software development skills with hands-on projects to learn the tools and terminology of using agile and test-driven methods and acquire the necessary knowledge to build software using these methods. Additionally, trainees will learn more about software versioning tools to be able to manage a software project as it develops.
