Course Overview

Learning is a skill — not just a requirement.
In a world of accelerating change, the ability to learn faster and deeper is a competitive advantage. This course helps learners at all levels develop the mental tools, strategies, and routines to learn anything — for life.

From rewiring habits to building digital second brains, you’ll walk away with a practical system to study smarter, not harder.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Use metacognition to improve how you learn

  • Apply memory science for better retention

  • Avoid ineffective learning traps (like rereading and cramming)

  • Build study systems using tools like Anki, Notion, and mind maps

  • Apply learning science to real-world goals and projects

  • Cultivate lifelong learning habits that compound over time
