What’s This Course About?

In today’s fast-paced work environment, Lean and Agile methodologies help teams adapt quickly, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality projects. This workshop provides, through Agiles games, a hands-on introduction to Agile values, Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to help professionals lead projects effectively.

Course Goals:

Understand Agile & Lean: The core principles and practices, how they apply to project management.
Master Agile Frameworks: Explore Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and their real-world applications.
Develop Agile Mindset: Learn how to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Session 1: Introduction to Agile & Lean – Understand Agile values, Lean principles, and why they matter.
Session 2: Scrum Framework – Learn roles, ceremonies, and artifacts in Scrum.
Session 3: Kanban & Continuous Improvement – Visualizing work, limiting WIP, and optimizing flow.
Session 4: Scaling Agile – SAFe, LeSS, and frameworks for large teams.
Session 5: Agile in Action – Case studies, real-world applications, and implementation strategies.
