This workshop provides, through Agiles games, a hands-on introduction to Agile values, Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to help professionals lead projects effectively.

Master Agile Frameworks: Explore Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and their real-world applications.
