Day 1: Principles of Agile Leadership & Organizational Agility
Understand what agile leadership means in today’s volatile environment. Learn the principles behind adaptive organizations, servant leadership, and leading cultural transformation.
Day 2: Leading Teams — Coaching, Autonomy & Alignment
Develop practical leadership techniques for empowering cross-functional teams. Learn to coach instead of command, manage by context not control, and build psychological safety at scale.
Day 3: Strategy, Metrics & Leading Agile at Scale
Align vision with execution. Guide enterprise agility through OKRs, value streams, portfolio boards, and actionable metrics. Learn how to lead transformations across departments.
