Day 3 — Crisis, Change & Reputation Management

  • Communicating layoffs, restructures, data breaches, and bad news

  • Writing effective press statements and executive emails

  • Recovery and post-crisis trust building

  • Workshop: Simulate a crisis scenario and build a comms playbook
