Day 1: Agile Foundations & Scrum Framework
Understand the history, mindset, and structure of Agile and Scrum. Learn the roles, ceremonies, and artifacts that define successful Scrum teams.
Day 2: The Scrum Master in Action — Facilitation, Coaching & Obstacles
Explore the Scrum Master’s daily responsibilities, from enabling flow to removing blockers. Learn how to coach teams, protect ceremonies, and model Agile values.
Day 3: Scaling Impact — Metrics, Maturity & Organizational Agility
Develop the skills to track progress, foster continuous improvement, and support Agile maturity across teams and stakeholders.
Scrum Masters are more than just meeting facilitators — they’re catalysts for change, clarity, and collaboration. This course equips future Scrum Masters with the mindset, tools, and facilitation skills to guide teams toward high performance.
