Day 1: Foundations of Management

Learn how organizations are built and evolve. Explore hierarchies, matrix structures, corporate culture, and how change is managed (or resisted) inside organizations.

Focus on managing individuals and teams. Learn how to delegate, communicate, motivate, and evaluate performance — and understand the human side of organizational success.
