Institutional partnership

Bring LC Academy and LC-built web apps into your institution

Two ways to work with us: commission digital web apps built around your modules, or deploy the LC Academy platform for your own cohorts — your catalogue, your teachers, your students, your timetable.

Two ways to work with LC

Custom course web apps, or LC Academy for your institution

You can commission a digital tool for one module, or take the whole platform for your cohorts. Both start the same way: one module, one cohort, one calendar.

Track 1 — built for your module

Custom course web apps

We build short interactive web apps around a specific module: scenario games, vocabulary and concept drills, self-checks, diagnostics and revision routes. You get a link your students open in a browser. Nothing to install.

  • Aligned to your learning outcomes, vocabulary and assessment language.
  • Classroom, homework or revision use, on desktop and mobile.
  • French or English interfaces, including French drill instructions.
  • We have already published 27 LC web app activities across 8 learning paths.

Track 2 — the platform

LC Academy for your cohorts

LC Academy is the teaching platform behind our courses: AI-assisted generation of interactive classrooms, a module catalogue, cohorts and assignments, teacher review before publication, and learner access by invitation code.

  • Organisation-scoped administration: your institution, your admins, your teacher and student accounts.
  • Teacher review and publish workflow — generated content stays in draft until a teacher validates it.
  • The companion tool hub already hosts 49 live activities across 9 module families.
  • Runs alongside your existing LMS — replacing it is not a precondition.

Want to see the platform before talking to us?

The public tool hub and the learner drills are open: same interface your cohorts would use.

How a partnership runs

Pilot first, then scale

No big-bang deployment. Each step has a written output, and you decide at every gate whether the next one happens.

  1. 01

    Step 01

    Fit call

We take the academic problem, not the tool: which module, which cohort, which level, which evidence of learning you want to see.

A short written scope: one module or one cohort, one track, one calendar.

  2. 02

    Step 02

    Pilot

We build the smallest useful thing first — one web app, or one cohort on LC Academy — and put it in front of real students.

A live pilot your teachers and students can use, with feedback collected.

  3. 03

    Step 03

    Review and adjust

Teachers review the content and the results. We correct the scope, the language and the assessment model before anything is generalised.

An agreed decision: generalise, extend to another module, or stop.

  4. 04

    Step 04

    Rollout and handover

Wider deployment to your cohorts, with teacher onboarding, admin accounts and a written handover so your team can run it without us.

Your team operating the platform, with a named contact at LC.

Who it is for

Institutions we build for

  • Universities and higher-education programme directors
  • Engineering, business and management schools
  • Language centres and academic preparation units
  • Corporate academies and apprenticeship programmes
  • International programme offices running remote cohorts

What we need from you

Five inputs to scope a pilot

  • 01The module or programme and its learning outcomes
  • 02The cohort size, level and teaching language
  • 03The timetable and the assessment model you must satisfy
  • 04The source material your teachers already trust
  • 05Any branding or IT constraints we must respect

If you cannot answer all five yet, that is normal — the fit call exists to establish them.

Deployment options

Hosted, co-branded or integrated

Every institution has different IT constraints. We are explicit about what is available today and what requires a scoped project.

Available now

LC-hosted, ready in weeks

Your cohorts use LC Academy on LC-managed infrastructure. Fastest path: no procurement of servers, no IT project on your side.

Default
Scoped per institution

Co-branded for your institution

The platform carries your identity alongside LC's: logo, colours and entry point adapted to your student journey.

Scoped
After a technical review

Integrated with your systems

Connection to your authentication, your LMS or your gradebook is treated as an integration project: we audit your constraints first, then tell you what is realistic and what is not.

Questions from programme directors

Before you request a proposal

The six questions that decide most first conversations. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

Do we have to replace our LMS?

No. LC Academy runs alongside your existing tools. Where you need connection to your authentication or your gradebook, we treat it as a separate integration project and start with a technical review of your constraints.

Who reviews what the AI produces?

Your teachers. Generated classrooms stay in draft until a teacher reviews and publishes them, and your organisation only sees its own courses, cohorts and accounts.

Is it usable in French?

Yes. Interfaces exist in French and English, and the learner drill interfaces and instructions our students use today are in French.

Where is it hosted, and what happens to our data?

On LC-managed infrastructure, on the linguistic-communication.com domain family. Handling of student and institutional data follows the LC data-handling policy, and the specific terms are written into the partnership agreement before any cohort is created.

Do we start with a full deployment?

No. Engagements start with a scoped pilot: one module or one cohort. We generalise only after your teachers have seen it work with real students.

How are commercial terms set?

Scope first, terms second: we agree what is built and what success looks like, then write the pilot and licence terms into the agreement before the build starts. Nothing is invoiced on an unclear scope.

You can also start from the LC Academy tool hub: open any activity, and tell us which ones map to your modules.

Request a partnership proposal

Send the programme, the cohort and the outcome you need. We reply with a written scope for a pilot: what we build, who reviews it, and how we know it worked.
