Day 1: Strategic Thinking, Environment Analysis & Positioning

Day 2: Internal Capabilities, Strategic Options & Alignment
Assess internal strengths using SWOT, VRIO, and value chain analysis. Explore strategic models like Blue Ocean, Ansoff Matrix, and Balanced Scorecard to craft viable growth options.

Day 3: Execution Planning, KPIs & Change Management
Turn strategy into action. Build OKR- and KPI-driven execution plans, structure cross-functional alignment, and lead through strategic change with governance and communication tactics.
