What’s This Course About?

Struggling to make sense of the product vision or prioritize the project features, engineer product development?

Scrum User Story Mapping is a powerful technique allowing for the creation of the Minimum Viable Product MVP, or Minimum Marketable Product MMP, so that stakehoders can visualize releases, prioritize core functionality, that the product be built with user business value front and center.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to engage with User Story Map to inform the design of the product or programme.

Course Goals:

✅ Learn how to design a product or programme using the Story Mapping from scratch
✅ Improve product or programme design strategy through backlog organization and prioritization
